Frequently Asked Questions

What's Your Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

Changes in your schedule can happen. When possible, please call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you would like to reschedule for a time slot later in the day, I will try to accommodate your request. A no-call/no-show will result in the forfeiture of the session. 

 

Do I need a gym membership: 

No, you won't need a gym membership. As long as you're training alone, your entry to the gym is included in your session fee. 


What's Your Late Attendance Policy: 

For 60-minute sessions, tardiness will result in a reduction in training time. If you know in advance that you will be more than 5 minutes late for a 30-minute session, please reschedule.

What Should I Wear To My Training Session?

Dress to stay cool. As a person's body temperature rises, so does the stress placed upon the heart muscle. Therefore, it is very important to dress to stay as cool as possible during your workouts. It's also helpful to make sure you're wearing clothing that you can comfortably bend, stretch, and squat in.

How Soon Should I Expect To See Results?

On average, you can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. This is entirely dependent on the frequency in which you workout, the duration and intensity of your workout, water intake, and following nutritional guidelines. However, we use several different metrics to measure success and progress. Even when your scale is not reflecting loss, your body will still be losing inches.

How Do I Know Which Type Of Training To Schedule?

Book a free initial consultation so that we can establish your goals and challenges. From there we will assess your current strength and fitness level. We'll design the correct training program and schedule to help you reach your goals.

How Long Are Initial Training Sessions?

Plan to book your first training as an hour-long session. We use this time to assess your flexibility, endurance, and any limitations in your range of motion. We'll determine what exercises best fit your program to help you reach your goals.
